Ingredients
  • 5-6 potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled
  • 100g light cheese to sprinkle on the top
  • cabbage sliced thinly
  • 1.5 litres of stock (enough to cover potatoes)
Rub the garlic clove around the casserole dish.
Layer potatoes in your oven proof dish, when you have covered one layer put a layer of cabbage then continue with the potato slices.
 Do this until you get an inch away from the top of the dish. Add stock and pop in oven on the middle shelf for 1hr 15mins.
Then add your cheese to the top and put back in the oven for 15 mins top shelf.
Once finishes used a slotted spoon and serve up!
